Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $50.00 late cancellation fee
Missed appointments, No Shows, and Same Day Cancellations will incur a $100.00 missed appointment fee

Insurance
Pure Pelvic Health does not submit directly to extended health insurers. Payment is due after each visit; an official receipt will be provided for submission to extended health insurance.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy expenses are eligible for reimbursement under any extended health care plan with coverage for physiotherapy. While Pure Pelvic Health does not require a physician’s prescription to treat you, your extended health care insurer may require a prescription before your claim is reimbursed. When in doubt a quick phone call to your insurer will confirm your coverages and prescription requirements is recommended.
