We ask for your city to help us identify what therapists are geographically located in your area. Your message and additional details help understand your unique needs.

What Happens to Personal Information Volunteers on Our Site?

Upon the submission of an online request for information your request is submitted by email technology to our Manager of Rehabilitation Services. If you choose to become a client of Pure Pelvic Health your request is stored as part of your client health records. If you provide an email address it may be added to the general company mailing list for future marketing communications. Any marketing email you might receive from Pure Pelvic Health will always include a link that allows you to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

Who Has Access to Personal Information?

When you complete an online form or request for information your information is transmitted by email technology to our Manager of Rehabilitation Services. Your information is also transmitted by email technology to the owner of Pure Pelvic Health.

Tracking of Non-Identifying Information

We track the IP address of users who visit our website. This information is used for statistical purposes and allows us to observe the general user traffic to our site. Information gathered from the IP address of a user may include the type of browser, the date, time and duration of a visit and the pages visited. No personal information can be extracted from the user’s IP address.
